About Us

The Natural Remuda Equine Learning Center is based in the beautiful Hill Country at Utopia, Texas, 90 miles West of San Antonio, TX. Utopia is a beautiful little town in the Sabinal River Canyon with aqua rivers and blue-green hills surrounding it. Click here for a Map.

We specialize in natural horsemanship. We have school packages consisting of 9 two hour sessions. We also have horsemanship lessons, at your place or ours. We do clinics on all facets of natural horsemanship, including fear. We do consultations on such diverse topics as buying a horse for you or your child, problem horses, and performance coaching.

The center has an 80 x 110 foot arena, two 60 foot round pens, and an obstacle course for your use. We also have several run out pens with shelters for your horse to stay in.

There is a lot for you or your hon-horsey spouse to do in this area. You will find fabulous shopping only a short distance away in Bandera, Kerrville, Fredericksburg, and Boerne. Garner State Park and Lost Maples State Natural Area are close by. Horseback riders may trailer to the Hill Country State Natural Area for a day of riding.
